Star Wars: The Force Awakens arrives in cinemas on 18 December 2015 so inevitably the character posters have been released. They’re trying not to give too much away so they’ve put things in from of each of the characters faces. It really gives it that air of mystery, it might also provide a clue as to what the characters might be doing. Finn, played by John Boyega, has a shiny lightsaber; Han has hos trusty blaster, just like old times; Rey (Daisy Ridley) is covered by some kind of space spanner; and Leia…she’s all about green ribbons, can’t get enough of them – what a character.
The more observant amongst you will have noticed that a major character is missing from this first batch – no we don’t understand why BB8 doesn’t have a poster either.
