Since first being brought to the public attention in the 1995 in the Wallace and Gromit short A Close Shave, Shaun the Sheep has rarely been out of the public eye. From 2007 he has starred in his own children’s show chronicling the many adventure of this talented mammal and his other sheep friends. Despite a range of offers from magazines and reality shows, Shaun has kept his private life away from the probing eye of the media. Now in 2014, he’s ready to tell his side of the story.
Shaun the Sheep: The Movie gives Shaun a platform to share his experiences, telling of the many temptations he has faced same fame took over his life. While to some it may seem like a perfect existence, there have been struggles with drugs (grass mainly), ewes and tragedy. It’s time to see beyond the wool in this hard hitting documentary from Aardman animation.
Shaun the Sheep is released in the UK on 6 February 2014
