Zombieland was a fun, smart, well directed zombie movie with a fantastic cast. Perhaps the presence of Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin elevated it to a certain degree but this trailer doesn’t seem to have any of the vibrancy of the film despite the original writing team of Rhett Reece and Paul Wernick on board. This pilot is one of many commissioned by Amazon, putting them out for three before viewers decide which goes to a pay to view series.
